This is the sole remaining carriage of this type
being restored at Pickering and looking near to
completion
Much credit to the staff at Pickering for the work
restoring this superb carriage
As you can see the workmanship is beyond criticism
Thank goodness it was saved. Poor old Thompson
never seems to get the best of press but he did much
good work at Doncaster
