The inevitabel Diesel Shunter at Bridgenorth moves GWR 2800

I might seem to decry them but in reality I am more
than a little aware of the benefit we get from the
Diesel engine. Here it moved stock about in a
very very helpful way to get the pictures I got
and make it a more than good visit to the SVR.
I am an engineer of both steam and diesel having
served on both at sea, though my diesels were big
and slow speed 28000 SHP and my steam was used
to drive turbines mostly. Then I became a teacher, Maths
and science.

So please do not feel I decry the diesel I don't but
the blog is called 'Steam Memories'

Here a GWR 2800 is moved

remember to visit and support them at
