Battle of britain 'Sir Keith Park' GWR 2800 and Pannier tank No 1501

Bof B in rebuilt form. Sadly the rebuilding added
weight taking them over the limit for many lines
in the south west. It was the change from Bullied's
chain driven gear to the walchearts of the rebuild

The 2800 class were specifically built for the very
profotable goods work from Devon/Cornwall and
of course the South Wales coal and steel traffic

The ultimate of the pannier tank concept. The 1500
class were good solid workhorses

All above at Bridgenorth on the SVR
