With TVR 0-6-2T no. 85 having to be withdrawn, MR 4F 0-6-0 43924 will be handling the midweek service. The first steam train leaves Oxenhope at 10.00 and the last service on the branch departs Keighley at 15.45 – 4 round trips in all.
USATC S160 2-8-0 5820 takes over for the weekend when it will be the sole steam locomotive in action at the head of steam services on Saturday and Sunday. In preparation for civil engineering work taking place on the line during the following 2 weeks, the Green timetable will be operating on both days with the early morning diesel service in the hands of our Class 101 diesel multiple unit.
