We still had a paling fence with over fifty years
between these two pictures
The frontage was listed so that had to preserve it
and to make it fit into the new shopping centre
it was bent down the side. So now we only see
half of it from the front
Now the paling fence had gone and the Westfield
shopping centre is nearing completion in front of
old Station.
