Just arrived at Pickering with a train from Grosmont
A lovely engine and well matched to the newly
rebuilt 75078 on the K&WVR
We were both blessed and cursed by the rapid demise
of steam on BR. Cursed in that is went so quickly
but blessed that so many almost new locomotives
were disposed of and many saved
