Midlands born Barry Price developed a keen interest in drawing under the tutelage of his grandfather well before leaving school. From the beginning it was the portrayal of trains, boats and planes that captured his imagination.

After military service in 1960, Barry continued his career as an artist. Since the 1970's he has enjoyed strong sales of original canvasses and regularly undertakes special commissions. Many of his pieces have been published and reproduced to the delight of fans of his work all over the world.
