It is very difficult to get an angle that copied the late nineteenth century picture but I am grateful to Haworhvillage.org.uk for this pretty close match. The worth Valley line has been the transport artery for many many years. It was because of this importance that the people of the valley decided to first fight the cut and then to buy it and run it themselves. Now it is one of the most successfull preserved railways in the country
